Store Policy

Here at Willow & Fern, our pies are made FRESH to order! Once you have placed an order with us, please give us time to process & make the order! Please allow at least 1-5 days for turn around time. Pies requested in freezer bags, will be frozen.

We are very understanding that life gets busy & things come up. If you are running late, early or have to reschedule a time for pickup, please understand that we will require notice prior to doing so. If an orders' pickup date needs to be rescheduled past 2 days, the pies will be frozen to preserve freshness. 

Our Pies are served in pretty boxes but if you’re tight on fridge/freezer room or simply don’t need the fancy packaging, we are more then happy to serve in freezer bags if this option works best for you. Please let us know of this when you place your order. 

Pies are labelled on the backside of the business card & baking instructions will ALWAYS be attached. 

Pies are fully cooked & will last 5-7 days in the fridge or months in the freezer.

Delivery within Strathmore is a flat $5 rate. Delivery outside of Strathmore (once discussed) is 0.50 per/km each way past a 4.5km radius.

All Kitchen & homeware products are final sale unless damages are present upon arrival.
